Website as Destination
These could also be called "custom web application websites". For this group, imagine a website where you expect the user to come and do something very focused.
E-Commerce
There's no mystery or metaphor here - these websites have things to sell and want to reach buying customers. Orbro has helped add online shopping carts, online conference registrations, and other e-commerce sections or extensions to websites.
Website Extensions
Several of our hosting clients have their own website designers and webmasters but use Orbro services and site tools to add extensions and dynamic areas to their websites.
Managed Content
These could also be called "custom control panel" websites - using our flexible framework, we integrated several "managed content" areas intinto existing websites, so that whomever was responsible for providing the content - an association director, a newsletter editor - could login to the website, navigate through some simple HTML forms, enter or upload their content, and have it immediately appear on the website.
